Summary
The Network Technician provides technical support to team members company-wide. Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming requests for assistance from team members experiencing problems with PC’s, network printers, phone systems, and other computer-related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times.
  • Provide assistance to team members through the Service Desk.
  • Provide local and remote user support and training.
  • Configure PC’s – desktops and laptops.
  • Configure, deploy, and support network printers.
  • Basic first level LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
  • Support and maintain Active Directory.
  • Maintain user passwords on AS/400 and network.
  • Assist in supporting and managing phone system.
  • Occasional travel to remote sites.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years of experience supporting networked computers running Windows 7 and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Outlook.
  • At least two years of experience in the set up and support of laptop and desktop hardware.
  • Basic LAN/WAN understanding.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Preferred
  • Prior experience with AS/400 and/or phone support system.

Pay Range: $48,654 - $58,385 per year
