Summary

To provide prompt, excellent customer service to patrons of the Fish Peddler. Responsibilities include dishwashing, food preparation, assisting other kitchen staff as needed and other duties as assigned. Responsible for product knowledge, quality control and building relationships with store customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but not limited to:

• Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times
• Responsible for dishwashing and other clean up duties as needed.
• Bus, clean and reset tables.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Assist customers with inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain a clean work environment in accordance with all health ordinances.
• Assist the seafood counter when necessary.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• None

Preferred:

• One or more years of prior customer service experience.
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Total Compensation
