DAY-TO-DAY

As a Customer Support Representative - Accounts Receivable Clerk, you are a key member of our office team. Working under the A/R manager, you take charge of the reconciliation of our client's accounts, resolving any billing issues you encounter along the way. Using your excellent customer service skills, you often work directly with our clients to solve problems. Whether you're contacting them by phone or email, your willingness to do research to track down the source of the problem lets them know we care.

Sometimes, a refund is in order. You process it, carefully tracking your transactions and entering them in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Always willing to pitch in, you work closely with the accounting, customer support, and cash application teams, performing a variety of finance duties to help each team accomplish its tasks. REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

• 2 years of experience with billing, accounts receivable functions, or credit and collections
• 2 years of quickbooks
• Strong experience with account reconciliation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate experience with Excel that includes work with pivot tables, vlookup, and more
