**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.

**Duties:**

- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments

- Develop and implement treatment plans

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests

- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma

- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
