Responsibilities:

Sales and Product Expertise:

Engage with customers to understand their window covering needs, preferences, and design requirements.

Provide expert advice and guidance on window covering options, including blinds, shades, curtains, and draperies.

Showcase product features, benefits, and design trends to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Create visually appealing displays and samples to showcase different window covering options.

Prospecting and Lead Conversion:

Proactively reach out to provided leads and follow up on inquiries promptly.

Effectively manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to achieve conversion goals.

Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to provide the latest and most relevant information to customers.

Customer Service and Consultation:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.

Conduct in-home consultations, measurements, and assessments to offer tailored window covering solutions.

Collaborate with customers to understand their design preferences, color schemes, and functional requirements.

Present and recommend suitable window covering options based on customer needs and budget.

Order Processing and Follow-up:

Accurately process orders, including measuring and confirming specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of window coverings.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any concerns or issues.

Industry and Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest industry trends, innovations, and design styles related to window coverings.

Attend training sessions and workshops to expand knowledge of product features, installation techniques, and design applications.

Continuously enhance expertise in interior design concepts and fashion trends to provide exceptional design advice to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the window coverings or interior design industry, is advantageous but not required.

Passion for design, fashion, and interior decorating with an understanding of color schemes, textures, and trends.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish customer relationships.

Excellent prospecting and lead conversion abilities.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in product recommendations, measurements, and order processing.

Strong customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is preferred.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
