Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists, a state-of-the-art clinic offering a wide variety of treatments ranging from basic care to the most advanced fertility technologies, is looking for a part-time, weekend Phlebotomist to join our growing team. This position is for the mornings of weekends and holidays. Our Phlebotomist is vital to helping us create a tailored, personal treatment experience for each of our patients. The Phlebotomist we are seeking has excellent communication skills, projects a pleasant and professional image, and likes to be busy with a variety of duties and responsibilities.

Please note, this position will pivot to our Bellevue location mid July.

This is a weekend position. Weekend hours are from 6:30 am - 1:30 pm.

General Duties:

• Exhibits proficiency in blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique
• Prepares specimens for transport to main lab by centrifuging, separating, and packaging for transport
• Helps clean, stock, and maintain inventory for phlebotomy station
• Collects and prepares specimens for the FDA
• Able to learn EMR and office computer system
• Provides excellent customer service

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 years' experience as a Phlebotomist
• High School Diploma and Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy certification or equivalent
• Current BLS certification or re-certification within one month of hire
• Able to obtain Phlebotomy certification through the Washington State Department of Health
