We value doctor autonomy, both professionally and personally, so we are flexible with weekly work hours as well as how appointments are scheduled, procedures are performed, etc. PHVH is unique in that almost everything is up to the attending DVM's discretion for patient care. We have very few, if any, hard protocols as a hospital.
