Department Overview
The Dispatch and Scheduling department is within the Gas Operations Line of Business and provides support to the Gas Operations and Customer Operations organizations. We assist in the planning, scheduling and execution of Gas service work and resources. Our goal is to create and maintain a Safe sound work plans while delivering on department objectives.
Position Summary
A Scheduler in Training is an entry level classification representedby Engineers and Scientists of California (ESC) and issubject to collective bargaining. A Scheduler-in-Training will progress to the Scheduler classification after twelve months of service. The individual is responsible for scheduling resources/work for Gas service functions throughout PG&E's service territory.
PG&E is providing the hourly rate that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time ofthe jobposting. This position issubject to collectively bargained hourly wage rates and increases. The starting wage rate for thisposition is $54.26 per hour. This wage rate is specific to the locality of the job. The wage rate is based on multiple factors,including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications,experience, market value, geographiclocation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity.
