We are North Phoenix based company, seeking to hire skilled Concrete polishing technicians, who have experience and knowledge of the concrete polishing process. We specialize in polishing concrete, but we also do over-layments, stains, epoxies, and other decorative concrete scopes.

We are looking for skilled techs to foremen caliber workers. We would consider training the right candidates that have a good head on their shoulders and show the willingness to learn the trade. We firmly believe that you determine your own future here and your work ethic determines how far you take this opportunity.

Requirements:

- Detailed Oriented

- Organized

- Have a valid driver’s license

- Pass random drug testing

- Must be a self-starter and efficient in all duties.

- Team-Oriented - Able to be a team player and to interact clearly and positively

- Travel out of state for work for periods of time.

- MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. Our start times vary depending on jobs and locations.

Compensation

· Pay is dependent on experience, skill, and work ethic.

§ Out of town travel comes with a tax free daily per diem.
