We are searching for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for one residential property located in the Everett neighborhood. We are looking for a candidate who has experience with apartment turns, appliance repair, electrical, painting & plumbing to join the team. This position oversees and performs technical & mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of the community meet the standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
