Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union is looking for a qualified professional for our Business Center Administrator position.

The Business Center Administrator will actualize Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union’s (Pacific Crest) mission of Providing our members and communities with the opportunity to prosperby creating an environment that is effective and efficient and ensures a Crest experience for every visitor and team member through the facilitation of physical plant, and administration of equipment, supply, and other resources.

Essential Job Functions:

• Administration of common areas ensuring they are functioning, equipped, and set up for use.
• Oversight of scheduling rooms and resources.
• Supply management including office, kitchen, and bathroom.
• Interface with tenants, external users, employees, and various vendors.
• Provide account administration and transaction services to employees and members.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, package, and supply distribution.
• Managing physical and digital record retention.
• Support Facilities Management.
• Receive and host visitors.
• Maintain and conduct screening and security procedures.
• Maintain diligence to ensure building, personnel, and information security.
• Assist in various departments and team members as needed.
• Support and back up members of the Executive Administration Team.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Understanding of and at least 2 years’ experience working within a financial institution operation, or similar experience.
• Top tier customer service skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent technical skills.
• Self-Motivated to learn and grow within the position.

Physical Considerations:

• A significant level of confidentiality, trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) is necessary.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching below, at, and over shoulder level required.
• Sitting – 80%; standing and walking – 20%.
• Hearing, visual, and verbal ability required.
• Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required.
