Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00/hr., DOE
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Under the supervision of the Assistant Plant Manager, this position is responsible for driving trucks to pick-up and deliver products and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Requires basic math, reading and writing skills.
- Requires on-the-job training to perform the duties of the job.
- Ability to operate various types of forklifts and drive a variety of trucks including doubles, T & T semis.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain forklift certification within two weeks with Basalite.
- Must have a valid California Class A driver’s license and a good driving record and be certified to operate a forklift.
- Predictable and Regular attendance is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Standing, walking, sitting, talking/listening, climbing, or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, reach with hands and arms.
- Lifting up-to 100 pounds.
- Predictable and Regular attendance is required.
- Regular in-person attendance is required.
