FORKLIFT OPERATOR
$18.00 - $22.00 Hourly Depending on Qualifications and Experience

What This Role Looks LikeUnder the supervision of the Yard Superintendent, this position loads and unloads tucks, and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Checks and maintains forklift including oil and water.
• Loads and unloads trucks
• Sorts pallets
• Cleans and organizes the yard
• Identifies quality problems and informs supervisor
• Checks incoming loads
• Completes all paperwork
• Stage material for smaller loads
• Assists with bi-annual inventory counts, two Saturdays per year.
• Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
• All other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the company or its designated representatives.
• Predictable, and regular attendance is required.
