Who We Serve
Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal eligible individuals and families throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Orange, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Solano, Stanislaus, Stockton, Tulare and Ventura Counties.
What We Offer
About our program:
Supports Youth ages 6-15. IFSP utilizes a community-based team approach providing counseling, case management, behavioral support, parent coaching, occupational therapy, and community resourcing to families with complex needs. Staff provides a higher frequency of services to support family needs.
Job Summary
Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. Provides assessment and related developmental and psychosocial services to youth and their families by engaging and partnering with parents/caregivers so that they can meet the developmental needs of a youth. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team.
