Pacific Channel Transportation (PCT) is seeking a Terminal Operations Manager in Pasco, WA. The perfect candidate is dynamic, can pivot quickly, is flexible, possesses exceptional leadership skills and understands how critical it is to uphold the needs of the customer.
This person is always looking for ways to engage their employees and make the workplace more effective and efficient. Other vital qualities include understanding finances, supply chain management, workflow, and staffing coordination.
Duties, Skills and Responsibilities
