Our Sales Reps works to assure attainment of designated sales objectives and effective distribution of assigned products by carrying out the duties and responsibilities of selling, servicing, and merchandising PBC products to accounts on the assigned route.

Primary responsibilities:

• Sell and maintain dedicated chain sales route with regular call frequencies
• Maintains adequate inventory levels in backrooms & maximizes displays on the floor
• Monitors code dates weekly to ensure product freshness
• Communicate with stockers daily to make sure service levels are met
• Complies with the rules and regulations set forth by the California Alcohol and Beverage Control Board

Basic Qualifications:

• B.A from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a personal vehicle to access multi-store locations within assigned route. Eligible for monthly mileage reimbursement
• Must show proof of insurance within company guidelines
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage priorities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to lift, load, push and pull 40 to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check
• Must possess a valid CA Driver's license and a driving record that meets established guidelines

Compensation & Benefits

• Current Employee Hourly Pay Rate Schedule: $22.25 Starting
• Sales Incentives throughout the year; median annual income after incentives $70,000 before tax 
• Consistent overtime, approximately 55 hour weeks
