We are seeking an Entry-level/Mid-level Mechanical Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer to join our team! You will develop and implement unique manufacturing applications.

Experience:

• An engineer who can walk in and bring something new or strong to the party, a strength to complement the existing skill sets of the department.
• Promising experience areas would be: machine design, lubrication, product testing and failure analysis, manufacturing engineering, machining, bearings, electric motors, gearboxes, strong GD&T skills, heat treating.
• The absolute ideal candidate in the short term would have some experience with the design and/or manufacture of ball screws.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree.
  • Material sciences, failure analysis, and manufacturing engineering courses.
  • Basic engineering statistics courses (knowledge of Minitab would be a plus).
  • Good grades in mathematics and basic engineering analysis courses.
  • Material sciences, failure analysis, and manufacturing engineering courses.
  • Programming skills in a common language such as Python, Javascript.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel such as VBA programming.
• Data base programming (Access, SQL)
• SolidWorks and drafting proficiency. GD&T a real plus.
• Ability to speak in a group and communicate well in writing with full sentences, not texting.
