Pacesetter Personnel is currently seeking a Dozer Operator for the McKinney TX area.

Shift: MON-FRI (8am- Finish)

Job Summary:
The Dozer Operator is responsible for operating D6 and D7 classes of dozers in a production environment. Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively on the job site. Basic slot dozing maneuvering skills. Ability to read grade stakes. Understanding how to operate and run an appropriate waste area. Ensuring cut area is kept on grade. This position requires high attention to detail and constant awareness of its surroundings.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for dozer equipment operations
• Reading site grade stakes
• Intermediate slot dozing maneuvering skills
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to ensure accurate and efficient work
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations on the job site
• Maintain Berms within the need area around the job site
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure a safe work environment
• Report any noncompliant issues or problems to the site Foreman within a timely manner.
• Daily equipment walk around and inspection

Requirements:

• 2-4 Years of D6 and D7 Dozer Operator experience
• Must have a heavy equipment certification
• Proficient in the operation of bulldozers and other heavy equipment
• Ability to interpret project plans and follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction settings
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Required)
• Dozer: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Heavy Equipment Operator Certification (Required)
