JOB TITLE: Warehouse Fulfillment
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
PRIMARY ROLE: Ensure the customer has the correct order, and on time.
KEY MEASURES
1. Customer response time less than 48 hours.
2. On time pickup and shipment of customer orders.
3. Inventory parts and place on shelves within 48 hours of receiving.
4. 100% accurate counts.

Qualifications
EDUCATION
- High School diploma or GED preferred
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
- Computer knowledge preferred
- Forklift or pallet-jack certification preferred - but will certify.
- One year prior experience as a warehouse worker.
SKILLS
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with software and can learn alternate databases and systems.
- Familiar with warehousing practices and methods.
- Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
ABILITIES
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently
- Able to read and write in English
PHYSICAL OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand long periods of time.
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs.; over 40 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to use hands for writing and computer use
- Warehouse environment
