Job Description:

The Outside Sales Representative position is a mid to entry level opportunity with aggressive compensation. For the right individual, this role can lead to growth within the company with future opportunities for advancement.

Essential Job Functions:

· Daily in person sales calls in existing territory

· Cold calls and development of new business

· Track and understand overall sales and customer trends

· Use of catalogs and parts manuals to identify and sell heavy duty trailer and truck parts

· Advise customers in selection of products and their uses

• Effectively communicate features and benefits of products
• Operate the point-of-sale business system

· Continually grow product and application knowledge of product essential to the heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket

· Make sales calls on multiple market segments including retail, installation, and fleet customers

Qualifications:

· Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service

· Driven to achieve goals

· Must be an excellent communicator

· Must be able to multitask

· Experience in the heavy duty industry

• Basic computer and math skills
• College education preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) if needed (company paid)

Must be Able to Lift the Following:

· 50lbs infrequently/occasionally

· 25-49lbs occasionally

· 1-24lbs frequently
