PACE Supply is expanding in the Southern California market and we are looking for an experienced Estimator for the Finish Plumbing division. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, we are seeking individuals who share our values of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

Be part of a high functioning estimating team to produce accurate, complete, and timely quotes ensuring best in class service to our contractor partners. Ensure seamless coordination with both internal and external customers through constant communication, with a focus on attention to detail while operating in support of PACE Supply’s strategic anchors.

Estimating Projects

• Reveiw Plans/Specs provided by customer
• Enter quotes in PACE Supply operating system
• Update Estimation master job folders
• Update/maintain Smartsheets quote log/personal folder

Vendor Interactions

• Request job quotes from vendor/vendor reps
• Aqcuire price protections
• Confirm accuracy of vendor/rep quotes

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of plumbing inside sales or plumbing estimating experience.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Work Environment

Education and/or Experience:

• 2 years of experience of Pluming Sales or plumbing estimating.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
