PACCAR is Hiring a Marketing Analyst Near Renton, WA

Requisition Summary

Join an award-winning team responsible for leading-edge marketing and advertising designed to support Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers and TRP Stores in the United States and Canada. As a Marketing Analyst you are responsible for providing sales and marketing management support for effective execution of PACCAR Parts marketing and advertising programs that engage prospects and evoke desired actions.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and execute a proactive marketing plan for an assigned group of dealerships
  • Coordinate creative development, maintain program participation, recommend products to advertise, and suggest dealer inventory to support promotions
  • Collaborate with the Retail Promotions team supporting customer loyalty program growth
  • Manage report generation, performance metrics, and ad hoc reports
  • Assist in various virtual and in-person dealer training events as needed
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
  • Three or more years business, marketing, advertising, or sales experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, identify areas of opportunity, and deliver improvements
  • Experience with MS Excel, Snowflake, and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a creative mind and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of industry and/or PACCAR dealership operations preferred
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, multi-functional environment
  • Ability to travel
  • Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or French a plus (not required)

Salary Range:

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $104,300 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
