Siteimprove is Hiring a Business Operations Analyst Near Bellevue, WA

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for driving insights in support of Siteimprove’s strategy. The primary goal of this role is to leverage internal and external resources that enable our commercial & non-commercial teams to drive sales, increase retention rates, and improve internal operations.

This individual will partner with departments across the entire organization, including, but not limited to, Business Operations & Strategy, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partner, Finance, HR, Product, & Engineering, to execute transformational projects and support operational cadences. To drive successful outcomes, it is critical for this role to collaborate cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across Siteimprove to bring the strategy to life.

Given the strategic nature of the team, this role will also result in other Siteimprove departments looking to you for data-driven insights about our customers and their journey with Siteimprove, which you will be willing and able to provide. You will help advise the organization in transformation. Doing so time and again will result in you being a trusted advisor for departments across Siteimprove.

What you will be doing

  • Utilize all available data and tools to optimize the sales cycle and go-to-market strategy across the Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Operations teams
  • Utilize all available data and tools for identifying trends around customer health, retention, adoption, satisfaction, and expansion to proactively identify areas of opportunity alongside Customer First, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Identify and serve intel and insights to non-customer-facing roles to optimize our business operations and drive cost-to-serve efficiencies
  • Develop tracking mechanisms and processes to monitor and analyze success metrics to track performance and further identify areas for optimization across commercial and non-customer-facing teams
  • Solve for the root cause of issues, while clearly articulating strategies for resolution
  • Aid cross-functional teams in executing process, policy, and technology transformation while identifying dependencies and removing roadblocks
  • Keep up-to-date information, status, and documentation around the execution and implementation of strategic programs
  • Actively participate in huddles, team meetings, and other company functions by sharing knowledge and providing feedback that will improve how Siteimprove works with our customers
  • Attend meetings and other company functions necessary to perform duties
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
What we will require of you

  • Minimum 0-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Commercial Operations, Strategy & Operations, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or equivalent history and experience in driving transformational change
  • Ability to query data (or willingness to learn) from a central data repository (e.g., SQL Server) & tell stories in a meaningful way by leveraging data and facts via a visual medium (e.g., Power BI)

Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
