Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our ABA department, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
- Assist in ABA authorizations and phone calls
- Transcribe, type, format, and proofread various documents
- Perform general clerical duties to support office operations
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Proficiency in using office software such as Theralytics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to transcribe accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Previous experience as an office clerk or administrator is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with front desk procedures and multitasking abilities
