Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit change order to cash management service according to company needs
• Prepare and assemble register banks for each day of operation
• Operate JetScan currency counters and JetSort coin counter to process register pulls and final deposits
• Accurately record currency and coin counts
• Create and maintain reporting spreadsheets for each day of operation
• Complete final deposit for each week of operation for pick up by cash management service
• Dispense change to managers from vault reserve and dispense change to cashiers as needed
• Open, close, and maintain ATMs
• Maintain responsible cash handling procedures in accordance with company policy
• Assist accounting department with audits and reconciliations
• Manage Cash Couriers on Festival Days
• Must be available to work 12 hr days on weekends

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Strong math skills
• Ability to quickly and accurately enter data
• Attention to detail
• Strong Leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
