Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. working 1:1 with male individuals. you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) and encourage their participation in social activities
- Help maintain the safety and well-being of individuals
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with working with people with disabilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Compassionate attitude and dedication to enhancing the quality of life for others
