Pa Center for Dental Implants and Periodontics is Hiring a Treatment Coordinator Near Philadelphia, PA

Listening to what our patients need and providing quality care for everyone that comes through our practice doors means we can offer treatments that can have life changing effects.

If you’re a people person with fantastic communication skills and a natural talent for helping others and a background working in a dental practice, you’ll fit right in as a treatment coordinator at our office located in the northeast area of Philadelphia.

You will be responsible for attracting and managing enquiries from patients through digital marketing, social media and events. As the patient’s primary point of contact, booking appointments, providing consultations, guiding them through their treatment options you will be key in delivering the best patient journey by helping them to make informed decisions about the choice of treatments available and working directly with our clinicians to create a bespoke treatment plan.

This role will include the following:

  • Having awareness for each day’s objectives and optimizing the practice schedule
  • Creating a meaningful first impression and communicating the value of comprehensive interdisciplinary care
  • Building trust with the patient, anticipating their needs, learning their objectives and concerns while educating them and summarizing their treatment plan and clinical options
  • Reinforcing the doctor’s diagnosis and creating value for comprehensive care during discussions with the patient and referring practice team
  • Working with the PRD and front desk team to communicate the patient’s needs and create alignment with the referring practice
  • Researching and employing the latest trends and technology in dentistry including health and safety protocols and best practices
  • Encouraging patient testimonials and invitations with value
  • Showing appreciation and celebrating milestones
  • Taking individual accountability for role and responsibilities

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
