Job Title: Team Member

Reports to: All store Leaders, ultimately reporting to the store’s Operations Director.

Job Summary:

Focused on giving each Customer a great experience, restaurant Team Members offer attentive/ courteous service and hospitality everywhere in the restaurant, including front and back of house. Team Members also pursue excellent speed of service, accuracy, and food safety.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Attending to Customer needs and responding with appropriate solutions
• Performing cashier duties such as processing payment, accepting payment from Customers, and issuing receipts
• Preparing food items such as sandwiches, salads, and wraps according to standard recipes or custom orders from Customers
• Preparing, serving, and packaging food items such as chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, and milkshakes for Customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by performing tasks such as sweeping floors, wiping down tables, and stocking supplies, following safety procedures, and using safe work practices when performing tasks such as operating machinery or handling chemicals
• Participating in training programs to learn about new products and services offered by the company
