Job Summary

• This position develops detailed coordination and fabrication drawings for the appropriate trade.
• This position contributes to the success of the company by supporting the department and ultimately the project and field management leaders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Vocational, Technical or Junior College (AA) in drafting and AutoCAD-related discipline is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the Sheet Metal design and construction installation methods.
  • Must have 5 years of field experience performing primary job duties of sheet metal installation and fabrication.
  • A Sheet metal journeyman’s license is required.
• Computer Skills: 
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Products including Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud and familiarity with how each interacts with each other is preferred but not required.
• Other: Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
