That’s the work you’ll do every day as our in-house recruiter. We’re looking for someone who loves the hunt and has a knack for uncovering exceptional talent and building meaningful relationships. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t stop until they’ve found the right match and is deeply satisfied by being a people connector.
You will be responsible for direct sourcing to successfully hire the best candidates from individual contributor to senior leadership roles for all our Wallbank Industrial entities. Recruiting the right people is the most important variable in our growth engine and is instrumental to our vision.

Wallbank Industrial currently consists of two independent companies – PJ Wallbank Springs, Inc. (PJWS) and Edison Manufacturing & Engineering. Our vision is to create multiple operating companies, like PJWS and Edison, to maximize our impact on the world through a consistent “How.”
PJWS is the only company in the world specializing in clutch return spring packs for automotive transmissions. For over 40 years our laser-sharp focus, combined with the effort of great people, has enabled us to be the global leader in our market. We also serve customers with spring pack solutions in powertrain electrification, suspension systems, and braking applications, working across multiple vehicle application segments. As we continue to grow, we are pursuing divergent end-use cases in different industries.
Edison is a contract manufacturing partner for the companies creating the future of transportation. We work with startups introducing new products, as well as established companies as they launch new technologies, build niche products, and produce legacy products in volumes below their standard production. Our core expertise is executing complex build and assembly.

Location
The individual for this role is not expected to be in the office every day. Frequency of time spent at our headquarters in Port Huron, Michigan will be mutually agreed upon. Ideally, the individual resides within driving distance and can be onsite as needed to support the recruitment and hiring process..
