**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and possess mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain cranes efficiently. **Responsibilities:** - Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads. - Inspect crane mechanisms and lifting components before operation. - Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations. - Communicate with ground workers to guide load movements. - Maintain and service cranes as needed. - Adhere to all operational and safety guidelines. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in crane operation, preferably with lattice boom friction rigs. - Knowledge of materials handling and rigging techniques. - Ability to read and interpret load charts. - Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor issues. - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus. - Experience with forklifts, backhoes, or warehouse equipment is advantageous.
