POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you ready to step into a role where your business acumen, collaboration skills, and critical thinking abilities are put to the test? As an Assistant Manager in Training at PA Crimson, you'll be at the forefront of fire safety management, working closely with senior managers to inspect and maintain critical fire safety equipment. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills while contributing to our goal of keeping communities safe from fire hazards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with senior managers.
-Develop proficiency in thoroughly inspecting and maintaining fire safety equipment, showcasing excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
-Apply critical thinking and decision-making abilities to evaluate equipment conditions and suggest required repairs or replacements.”
-Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration by working closely with colleagues to ensure inspections are completed efficiently and effectively.
-Exhibit leadership by taking the lead in problem solving and decision-making process.
-Engage in training sessions and workshops aimed at improving business acumen and honing leadership abilities.

QULIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to connect with others.
Strong critical thinking abilities and a keen eye for detail.
A proactive attitude and a drive to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Previous experience in fire safety or related fields a plus, but not required.
