About the Role:
Join our exceptional Taproom team at Ozark Natural Foods as a Barista! Evenings and Weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Excellent Customer Service
• Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, beer & wine
• Cashiering
• Clearing and wiping patio and café area
• Events

Physical Activity:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly required
• Standing, Walking, Bending, Reaching, Reading, Twisting, Pushing/Pulling, Temperature Extremes, vibration, Repetitive Motion

You'll be a Great Fit If You:

• Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation and serving regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation Details: $14 per hour plus tips.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain harmonious working relationships with others.
