Ozark Home Pros is searching for a Full-Time Events Manager. Our events program is a part of our overall marketing strategy where we can engage and interact with the community. The goal is to have conversations with them about their home improvement needs, how we can help them and to set in-home consultation appointments. The Events Manager’s responsibilities include:

• Find, organize and schedule as many local events Ozark Home Pros can participate in while staying within budget. Events can be craft fairs, home shows, boat shows, markets, outside of retail stores etc.
• Events are a marketing strategy used to bring in leads and set appointments for home improvement in-home consultations.
• Recruit, hire and train event workers while managing their schedules so that each event is properly organized and staffed.
• Provide on the job coaching, mentoring and motivating to ensure that assigned event workers stay on task.
• Holds the events workers responsible to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ensures that goals are achieved at each event.
• Prepare an events budget for the business plan detailing events, sales, expenses, head count and wages.
• Must have your own vehicle and work weekends.

• Full time position
• Working weekends means you will have Sunday & Monday off (or Monday & Tuesday if events are on Sundays.)
• Hourly pay $18 per hour plus bonuses & commission for projects sold from appointments set at events
• Mileage Reimbursement for vehicle use and other benefits
• Paid time off
