Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel based on local storms
• Must be willing to travel to Main Office (Rogers, AR) for orientation training
• 40 hours plus per week (full-time) while on-call
• Reliable form of transportation.

Compensation:

• Reimbursement on travel and lodging expenses

- $8,000 - $20,000 in monthly earnings

• Weekly pay
• Aggressive commissions and bonus structure.

Role Responsibilities:

• Don't leave a single stone unturned as you canvas through storm-affected neighborhoods to conduct roofing evaluations and consultations.
• You will be a "first responder" to cities with recent hail, ice, wind, tornado, or hurricane damage. You will establish a relationship with the homeowner whose roof has sustained damage at their doorstep. You will assist in assessing roof damage, filing a claim, and completing the roofing sale.
• Bring value right to the doorstep of your clients by knocking on doors, asking for referrals, talking to your existing contacts, and talking to the neighbors of your lead pipeline.
• Educate homeowners at their door-step on the value of roof repair, the convenience of the claims process, and the peace-of-mind of living under a solid, new roof.
