Ozark Center is Hiring a Remote Peer Specialist

Job Summary Exciting full time job opportunity with benefits providing wellness management and recovery services to transitional youth aged 16-25, enrolled in the ACT program that are interested in learning to manage aspects of their behavioral health recovery. CPS assesses strengths, needs, and interests as it applies to wellness management and recovery, provides information and education, adds recovery-based goals/objectives/interventions to treatment plans. Requires a High School Diploma, or Equivalent. Requires a Class E driver’s license. Position provides counseling and guidance, in accordance with the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model. Certification as a Mental Health Peer Specialist preferred. Two years of lived experience with mental health, substance use disorders/stability preferred.
