Summary/Objective

The part-time hotel housekeepers are responsible for providing quality and efficient housekeeping and guest services. To ensure events and guest of the hotel receive best-in-class service as well as cleanliness of the facility. The hotel housekeeping and concierge ensures that all guests have a positive experience during their time here at the hotel. 

Essential Functions

• Responsible for cleaning and arranging all guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival while following all cleaning processes and hotel procedures. 
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Responsible for inspecting equipment, décor and furnishing for damages after use, checking all against inventory and reporting anything that needs attention to management.
• Ensuring the hotel common areas is clean and organized at all times to hotel standards.
• Ensuring designated vendors clean up all venues when events are completed.
• Operating hotel PMS to make reservations, answer the phone, and distribute messages as needed.
• Working under the instructions of an operations Manager.
• Adhering to safety standards.
• Ensuring excellent levels of customer service for hotel guests and related events.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning products, toiletries, tableware, and other hotel essentials.
• Restock all suites minibars, toiletries, and other essentials.
• Provide training as needed on proper cleaning processes and hotel procedures. 
• Perform all other duties as requested or directed.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED and one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position. Days and hours will vary and include weekend work scheduling is done according to business needs.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be me met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The key physical requirements of this position include the ability to walk and stand for an extended period of time, bending, stooping, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
