Join Oxnard Holistics in Oxnard as a Cannabis Consultant / Inventory Clerk hybrid. In this unique role, you'll assist customers with purchases, handle inventory duties, and create a welcoming atmosphere for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information and answer customers questions (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Organize and store products properly, restock sales floor, push out new inventory according to FIFO
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Identify patient and customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and recommend solutions, and stay up to date with new products / services
• Label all new products with POS barcodes
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Troubleshoot and report inventory discrepancies
• Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Meet monthly sales quotas

Preferred skills and experience :

• Cannabis knowledge is preferred
• Some experience in retail, hospitality
• Must possess good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions
• Strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to do frequent bending, squatting, and kneeling
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds safely and properly
• Must be able to stand for up to at least 4 hours at a time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work : days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements :

• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
