Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Cannabis Post Harvest Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing post-harvest activities, ensuring the quality and consistency of our cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trimming: Carefully trim and manicure cannabis flowers to prepare them for sale.
• Curing: Monitor and manage the curing process to ensure optimal flavor and potency.
• Packaging: Accurately weigh, label, and package cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
• Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections to identify any issues and ensure all products meet our strict quality standards.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation protocols.
• Data Entry: Record and track all relevant data, including batch numbers and product weights.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state cannabis regulations and ensure all activities comply with legal and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
