As a Senior SAP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for administering, developing, and supporting SAP systems, resolving SAP-related issues, and creating ABAP reports or applications. Your expertise in SAP functional modules, including SD, MM, and PP, will be crucial in delivering outstanding service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support SAP systems, with a focus on SD, MM, and PP modules.
- Work with members of various teams across the organization to gather requirements and create specifications for configuration or development;
- Resolve SAP-related problems for clients in person or via telephone, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Work with the IT team to support and optimize the integration between external corporate applications and SAP using middleware applications
- Develop and maintain ABAP reports and applications to meet client requirements.
- Analyze and document client needs and business processes to provide SAP solutions that align with their objectives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of SAP projects, including upgrades and implementations.
- Keep abreast of SAP best practices, updates, and trends to ensure the highest level of service to clients.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize SAP system utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP business analysis, administration, and development.
- Proficiency in SAP functional modules, including SD, MM, and PP.
- Basic understanding of SAP BASIS.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering SAP solutions on time and within budget.
