Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Jenkins)
Initial Duration: 6 months
Hybrid schedule, 3 days/week onsite in Pittsburgh, PA
Client is in need of a Sr. DevOps Engineer to work with the software development team, and focus on the Build/deployment/automation aspects, as they build out their build/deployment process, for their desktop applications.
-They re looking to automate their current process, separate into packages (with help from the business), break apart into areas that can be changed for different products/content, Source-code analysis.
-The pipeline is built heavily on Linux, bash scripting, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS, Make/CMake
Must:
-Jenkins Build Pipelines
-Understand how software is deployed in Linux, how s it s run (preferably with desktop applications)
-Debian, Ubuntu (strong Linux is a must)
-Strong communication/self-directed
-3 days/week onsite in Pittsburgh (Tues, Wed, Thu)
Preferred:
-C / desktop application deployment experience
-Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
