POSITION SUMMARY

The Consultant Care Specialist is responsible for diverse day-to-day consultant facing activity, to include : Inbound and outbound phone calls, consultant and recruiter directed emails, and consultant support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate outbound calls to consultants to learn about their consultant, client, and Oxford experiences, in an effort to provide superior customer service experience.
• Answer inbound calls and emails to assist consultants with various inquiries, including escalated conflict resolution.
• Navigate relevant systems to provide world class customer service to all stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries from management, clients, etc.
• Provide project assistance / analysis as needed.
• Handle research requests for detail / documentation as needed.
• Performed working hours 8 : 30AM-5PM eastern time.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proven excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented individual with excellent work / time organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior outbound Call Center or Inside Sales Customer Service experience.
• Work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Self-motivated to meet deadlines, multitask and prioritize.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
