Ox Foundation Solutions provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services in the Southeast states.

Join our team as a Crew Foreman! In this crucial role, you'll lead teams to successful project completion, ensuring top-notch quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. Take charge of exciting projects in foundation repair, basement and crawlspace waterproofing, encapsulation, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise and lead teams while providing guidance and support.
• Foster a safety-conscious and collaborative team culture.
• Cascade the Company’s visions and provides clear direction.
• Ensures company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets are properly maintained.
• Ensures the team is providing remarkable customer experience and satisfaction.
• Responsible for meeting budget requirements as set forth.
• Maintaining impeccable installation quality in a timely manner.
• Cascade, track, and maintain weekly revenue generating goals.

What you’ll need:

• Ability to operate equipment and power tools as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by Company.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred.
• Ability to relocate to Huntsville, AL.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction trades or a combination of experience and education.
