We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Joplin team.Responsibilities may include:
  • Collaborate with the team to complete assigned projects on time, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Facilitate and contribute to the development of project plans and designs.
  • Conduct cost analysis, estimate expected costs, and prepare and implement project budgets.
  • Perform risk assessments, report identified risks to management, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Compare actual project costs to estimates and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project, serving as a point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Proactively manage project changes and adjust plans if problems arise.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Active PE license
  • Experience in project management, engineering, systems design, or related field.
  • Experience in management, leading multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Experience with managing municipal, commercial, and subdivision projects.
  • Proven success in leading teams and managing projects.
