Position overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a medical office setting as well as customer service experience. This role involves managing front desk activities, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Manage appointment scheduling and update patient records.
3. Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
4. Verify demographic information and collect payments.
5. Maintain a tidy and organized reception and lounge area.
6. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems proficiently.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience as a medical receptionist.
2. Strong customer service experience
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in using office software and electronic medical records.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
6. Flexibility to work 5 days per week, with some Saturday mornings
