The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Technician to join our team working out of Auburn, AL . The Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment systems. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose equipment malfunctions or failures to determine the root cause of the problem.
• Interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation to assist in the troubleshooting process.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments to equipment components, parts, or systems.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, including parts used, labor hours, and test results.
• Comply with safety regulations and guidelines while performing repairs and maintenance activities.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades, replacements, or modifications to improve performance and reliability.

Requirements and Skills

• High school diploma required
• Technical certification or vocational training in equipment repair or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as Repair Technician or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and systems
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Basic Computer Knowledge
