- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
