Job Summary:

Owens & Minor, a leading healthcare logistics company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the company's Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption across the organization. Candidates located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce instance, including user management, security settings, data governance, and process automation.

2. Customization and Configuration: Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient Salesforce solutions through customizations, configurations, and the development of custom applications, workflows, and approval processes.

3. Integration and Data Management: Oversee Salesforce's integration with other systems, ensuring data integrity, quality, and seamless data flow across platforms.

4. Training and User Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective user adoption and provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges.

5. Reporting and Analytics: Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

6. Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery of Salesforce initiatives while adhering to best practices.

7. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Preferred): Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing, campaign management, and customer journey optimization would be a significant advantage.

8. Commerce Cloud and Order Management System (OMS) Experience (Preferred): Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Order Management Systems would be a valuable asset.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce's core features and capabilities.

3. Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification(s) required.

4. Solid understanding of Salesforce development methodologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (preferred).

5. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms (preferred).

6. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Order Management Systems (preferred).

7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

9. Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

10. Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with Salesforce's latest features, releases, and best practices.
