• Establish and develop strong client relationships to maintain agency retention and client loyalty
• Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding existing insurance policies
• Receive and process payments as well as needed policy changes
• Data entry of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system

• Hold a North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance license
• Personal lines insurance experience
• Demonstrate knowledge of insurance products, rating and underwriting procedures, and coverages
• Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.
