Reviva Inc., a family-owned leader in remanufactured diesel engines and components for over 75 years, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Production Technician to join our growing Portland OR team! As a vital member of our production team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our remanufacturing processes.

1st shift Production Technicians working at the Fridley, MN manufacturing operation.

• Perform demanufacturing, cleaning, and detailing tasks on various engine components according to strict quality specifications, adhering to established procedures outlined in our standard work manuals.
• Follow all processes according to our standard work manuals;
• utilize a variety of hand tools, impact wrenches, vibrating tools, and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
• Operate stationary or moving overhead hoists, forklifts, baskets, and carts to safely transport and maneuver materials throughout the production area. (Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.)
• collaborate effectively with fellow team members to achieve production goals and meet internal and external customer demands on time.
• Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and supervisors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Open to recent graduates from technical schools with a focus on machining or related fields.
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment prefered
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions, learn new procedures quickly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting. The environment on the shop floor is usually loud, hot and humid in the summer months and involves standing on cement floors with exposure to chemicals and metal particles. PPE required on manufacturing floor at all times. Will also spend time operating computer and software systems to handle warranty claims and documentation
